NDIS Disability Support — Central Queensland
Odos Care supports young people aged 16–40 in building real independence, life skills, and a future they're proud of.
In ancient Greek, odos means road, path, journey, or method. It's the word behind "exodus" — a way out — and "method" — a path through something. We chose it deliberately.
Because that's what we believe in: that every person deserves a clear path forward, not just support for the sake of it.
Our Story
Odos Care was founded by Noah Keune — a Rockhampton local who has worked directly with young people navigating disability, mental health, and the challenge of building an independent life.
He started Odos Care because he saw a gap. Not just in services, but in the way services were delivered. Too often, support felt transactional. Participants were managed rather than listened to. Goals were ticked off rather than actually pursued.
Odos Care exists to do it differently. We work with people, not for them. We show up, we follow through, and we genuinely care about what happens next.
Based in Central Queensland and servicing the Rockhampton to Gladstone corridor, we're a disability support provider built around real relationships and real outcomes.
What We Offer
Cooking, cleaning, budgeting, time management — the practical foundations of living independently.
Getting out, connecting with community, accessing services, and building a social life.
Getting participants to appointments, work, study, and social activities safely and reliably.
Supporting participation in hobbies, sports, and social groups that build wellbeing and connection.
Helping participants find, prepare for, and maintain work or education pathways.
Building confidence, decision-making, and self-management skills for long-term independence.
Who We Work With
We work with NDIS participants aged 16–40 across Central Queensland who are ready to take steps toward independence — whatever that looks like for them.
Join the Team
We're building a team of people who actually care. Not workers who clock in and clock out — people who show up, build real relationships, and take pride in the difference they make.
If that's you, we want to hear from you.
Support Coordinators & LACs
We work closely with support coordinators and local area coordinators across the Rockhampton to Gladstone corridor. If you have a participant aged 16–40 looking to build independence and life skills, we'd love to connect.
We're a small, responsive team — which means you'll always deal directly with Noah, not an admin queue. Referrals are handled quickly and we keep coordinators in the loop.
Get in Touch
